To dad love from river

Here's a card I made for my hubby from river for his 40th birthday. He's well into Paulley perrett at the moment.

Atc mini album

This is a little gift I have made for one of my friends from dc. She has just celebrated a special birthday I wanted to give something a little more than a rak.
It holds two raks. One from me ( a cross stitch named "put you feet up" )and one from river( His very first atc named "messy time").
I hope she like's it!!!

Another coaster

My lil sister fell in love with the coaster that I made for my o/h, in fact I think her words were "I WANT ONE" so here it is.

I haven't forgotten

No I haven't forgotten about my love of atc's. I just seem to be lacking in the inspiration department at the moment. However I did manage to get one done last night.

I made the backing papers by scribbling onto hand made paper with marvy metallics pens (pink and blue) and sprayed it with water to get the ink running, then I blasted it with my heat gun to dry it. To make the top bit I just stamped into three layers of utee using black stayzon. Then added some ribbon .

mothers day

Well here it is the fruits of last night labour. It's a small box , stamped and heat embossed then coloured using sakura soufle pens, wrapped with ribbon and a heat embossed tag on the top

and here's the best bit "filled with chocolate's".

Kids card

This is the result of tonight crafting session. It's a card for my nephew's second birthday. It's my first attempt with these animal template's but I think it turned out not too bad.

another one

I was asked to do a 21 st birthday card for my hubby's niece up in scotland so decided to combine the same handbag template as my previous card but using a scottish theme. Here's the result.

mothers day card

Hiya

Have just finished my mum's mothers day card using a handbag template that was very kindly donated by one af my virtual friends from dc. It was my first attempt and I'm kinda pleased with it.

Crafters block

I've been having a bit of trouble finding inspiration over the last week or so. So I haven't done a lot. Here's a couple of pic's of what I have managed to create. I hope you like them.
This is an atc I made using a wallpaper sample that I picked up on a recent trip to homebase. Then some jigsaw pieces that I heat embossed with copper embossing powder then I stamped the image over the top with black stayzon. I,m not overly happy with it but hubby like's it which is always a good sign.

This is a valenitne's day card I made for my hubby The backing paper is another wallpaper sample I picked up. Then I just matted and layered the stamped images over the top and added a couple of clear gems just to give it a bit of bling.
I have also turned my hand to something slightly different this week and started making a rug for rivers bedroom however It seems to be a rather slow process so You may have to wait a little while before I show it to you.

Here is a valentines day card that I made for my sister to give to her boyfriend.

it has two layers. The first layer is gold and the second deep red. then decorated with a personal photo, some die cut hearts, some peel off borders and heat embossed brads.

The large tag on the left hand page can be flipped over to reveal a little pocket for a secret message.
